Welcome to YURISYOON.COM, operated by Yuris Yoon. By accessing or using the Site, or purchasing artwork from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Our Work

We sell original, one-of-a-kind artwork. Because each piece is unique, once an item is sold it is no longer available, and stock quantities reflect this (one item = one available original).

2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice, though the price at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay.

  • Payment is processed securely through Squarespace's integrated payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in the case of a pricing error or suspected fraud).

3. Shipping

  • Original artwork is carefully packaged to minimize damage during transit, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on size and destination.

  • Risk of loss and damage passes to you once the artwork is delivered to the shipping carrier, though we will do our best to help resolve any issues that arise during shipping (see Section 5).

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our small business, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within [3–7] days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

6. Commissions

  • Custom or commissioned pieces may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • Turnaround times for commissions are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on complexity and current workload.

  • Commission terms (pricing, revisions, final payment) will be agreed upon directly with the buyer before work begins.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, and content on this Site are the property of YURIS YOON FINE ART and are protected by copyright law.

  • Purchasing an original piece of artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. It does not transfer copyright, and you may not reproduce, print, or sell copies of the artwork without our written permission.

  • Images of our artwork may not be used, copied, or reproduced elsewhere without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YURIS YOON FINE ART is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our artwork, beyond the value of the item purchased.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
